Fulkerson Plumbing & Air Conditioning has proudly served Roswell and Southeastern New Mexico since 1964, when founder Rayford Fulkerson began his plumbing business with a single truck, a friendly smile, and a strong work ethic grounded in Christian values. From humble beginnings—fixing leaky faucets and unclogging drains with handwritten ledgers in tow—Rayford built a reputation for dependable service and honest workmanship. His commitment to faith, family, and community laid the groundwork for what would become one of the region’s most trusted home service providers.

A Legacy of Family Leadership

In 1976, Rayford’s son Danny Fulkerson joined the business, expanding services to include heating and air conditioning. This growth prompted the company’s move to West Second Street in 1990. When Rayford retired in 1992, Danny took the reins, leading the company with the same integrity and customer-first mindset instilled by his father. Even after Rayford’s passing in 2004, his legacy lived on—symbolized by the company fleet lining the lot at his funeral in a tribute to the man who built a business on service and sincerity.

Danny continued to lead Fulkerson Plumbing & Air Conditioning into the modern era with technological upgrades, expanded offerings, and a renewed focus on giving back to the community. His retirement in 2019 marked the end of an era, but not the end of the Fulkerson commitment to excellence.

Today, Braxton Fulkerson represents the third generation to lead Fulkerson Plumbing & Air Conditioning, carrying on his family’s legacy while embracing innovation and forward-thinking solutions. With over 14 years in the business, Braxton guides the team with passion, determination, and a clear vision for the future. Under his leadership, Fulkerson Plumbing & Air Conditioning continues to deliver top-tier Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical services backed by modern technology, financing options, and the same foundational values that began over 60 years ago.
