Fulkerson sends you a message and a phone call is made before heading out to the appointment which I believe is convenient. Zander was professional and kind during his appointment. Estimate was given for toilet replacement. The dispatch fee is $100 but Zander let me know about the membership and dispatch fee discount that comes with the membership. The membership sounds convenient for any emergencies that may occur. I don't mind the dispatch fee because Zander provided knowledgeable information about the toilet issue. Recommended a toilet brand to purchase due to the hard water we have around here. I give ???? for the information. Zander provided me options when I told him I prefered to purchase materials and just pay the installation fee of the toilet. I believe that's convenient. Overall it was a good customer experience - professional, knowledgeable, and gave options to reduce my costs.

Andrew came out to our home in Arabela. He did a fantastic job of getting our heat back on. He came back out a couple of days later to install a new thermostat and made sure our system was good to go! He had a great attitude and was very friendly. Would highly recommend!!!
Hector, Jordan, and Andrew worked on our heating system and they did a great job fixing it! I don't think it has worked this well in a few years now. It's an older unit and it works great now! Thanks guys!

My father had started using Fulkenson the year they started the business. Still using them to this day! They are honest and explain what is going on! Will keep using Fulkerson for years ro come! Re-locating the pipes for washer was a fantastic experience! Trace worked out the location to the main sewer line. Thank all of you who worked on the situation!
