Fulkerson sends you a message and a phone call is made before heading out to the appointment which I believe is convenient. Zander was professional and kind during his appointment. Estimate was given for toilet replacement. The dispatch fee is $100 but Zander let me know about the membership and dispatch fee discount that comes with the membership. The membership sounds convenient for any emergencies that may occur. I don't mind the dispatch fee because Zander provided knowledgeable information about the toilet issue. Recommended a toilet brand to purchase due to the hard water we have around here. I give ???? for the information. Zander provided me options when I told him I prefered to purchase materials and just pay the installation fee of the toilet. I believe that's convenient. Overall it was a good customer experience - professional, knowledgeable, and gave options to reduce my costs.

Andrew came out to our home in Arabela. He did a fantastic job of getting our heat back on. He came back out a couple of days later to install a new thermostat and made sure our system was good to go! He had a great attitude and was very friendly. Would highly recommend!!!
