John Franco was very helpful and got my AC up and running. Very respectful and explained what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. Also, gave me some tips to keep my system running.

Not only did he fix the problem and better our envoirment, he was a genuine mam with good people skills and seems very professional and takes his job very seriously! Great service, my AC actually works better than it ever had. The tech changed the motor speed and I didn't think much of it, but the house seems to cool more efficiently. We always had to have the thermostat on 69 or 70 to keep the house cool, now it stays on 73 or 74 and works great. I would highly recommend.
service man, Eric, arrived right on time and was very courteous. explained the thermostat to me and changed the filters after checking out the HVAC on the roof. Said everything looked good.
Got a courteous call from Stephanie setting up the fall visit from Fulkerson Services, Inc to check out the heater. I received a picture of both Marty (technician) and Stephanie via my email. Marty called 15 minutes prior to scheduled time of service. He was on time. Efficient and friendly as usual. Nothing but good service from Fulkerson over the last 19 years. Thanks - for your great service and giving my wife and I peace of mind when it comes to our heating & airconditioning and any plumbing needs.
A big shout out and Thank You to Marty A. and Fulkerson Services. Marty saved the day. In the middle of summer, 2 AC units went down and temperatures reaching over 100 degrees.
