I was very pleased with Jeremy when he came for the annual service for the furnace. He was very polite. I have been a customer with Fulkerson for many, many years and they have always made an effort to be dependable and provide excellent service. The contact people in the office are always courteous and helpful.

Fulkerson did fall service at residence last week. Technician was professional and did the job quickly and recommended I get a carbon monoxide detector which I did. Very happy with service!

Update: 2018
Again, I had John F. return to service my aging AC unit. He called me in advance to notify me that he was in route to my home. He was punctual and professional. Previously, he had replaced the "start capacitor" in my outdoor fan assembly. Today, the "start capacitor" for the interior heat exchange blower assembly needed replacing. My AC was up and running quickly again. John is a true professional and he is why I I would not hesitate on calling John F at Fulkerson Services every time that I need their expert service!

2017:
John was very professional! He called my residence before arriving to verify my address and location.
Within ten minutes John located a bad run-time motor start capacitor. My air conditioning unit worked brilliantly! John also checked the interior coolant assembly and replaced the air inlet filters and unit cover.
John presented himself courteous and professional. I will definitely call John @ Fulkerson again!

John Franco was very helpful and got my AC up and running. Very respectful and explained what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. Also, gave me some tips to keep my system running.

Since Fulkerson Services has been serving me, I couldn't be happier with their service. They are very efficient and knowledgeable in all they do. Great to know I'm being taken care of...honestly. I have found them to be honest and fair in their prices and dealings.
